Angus Drummond
Angus Drummond is a fly fishing guide/instructor from Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has been fly fishing for 18 years and guiding full-time for the last five years. Now Angus calls the South Platte River, one of Colorado’s many premier tail waters, his home water. His specialty is sight fishing for trophy rainbows, cutbows, and brown trout in Colorado’s gin clear tail waters. From ironing out kinks in your cast to advanced nymphing and top water techniques, Angus can help you further your fly fishing skills on some of the West’s premier rivers and reservoirs. Angus is also a member of the Hatch Outdoors pro staff. |

Landon Mayer
For the past 10 years Landon has called the South Platte River his home waters. Passion and love of fly fishing motivates Landon. He displays an enthusiasm for teaching and sharing his techniques and on-river knowledge. He shares many of his techniques in his book, “How to Catch the Biggest Trout of your Life” published by Wild River Press. Landon is a writer for High Country Angler, and Fly Fisherman Magazine and other fly fishing magazines. |

Rick Murphy
After a career with the US Air Force, Rick has been fly fishing the South Platte River for the past 25 years. He loves to fish the river, but is equally comfortable with float tubing the reserviors. Sharing his passion for the sport is something he truly loves to do. Rick's patience and light hearted approach makes the beginner as well as the more experienced fly fishers comfortable. He is also a Master Fly Tier and fly pattern innovator for Rainy's Flies. He has developed several effective patterns for lakes and streams that are being used worldwide. |
