Rick Murphy
After a career with the US Air Force, Rick has been fly fishing the South Platte River for the past 25 years. He loves to fish the river, but is equally comfortable with float tubing the reserviors. Sharing his passion for the sport is something he truly loves to do. Rick's patience and light hearted approach makes the beginner as well as the more experienced fly fishers comfortable. He is also a Master Fly Tier and fly pattern innovator for Rainy's Flies. He has developed several effective patterns for lakes and streams that are being used worldwide.
