Our Shop

Colorado Fishing Adventures is not your is not your average fly shop. It is a tiny destination resort shop a little bigger than one of our guide vehicles. We only stock flies and gear selected for our “home waters. Much of the equipment we sell is built by our friends. Examples are: Day’s worth fly boxes, Jim Maly Nets, T.L. Johnson custom fly rods, guide tied flies and an unusually small selection of hats, shirts, waders, vests and books written by our own Colorado Fishing Adventures guides.

Our premier fly rods are manufactured right here in Colorado. T.L. Johnson fly rods are almost individually built

Temple Fork and Albiright rods and reels, Airflo fly lines, name brand leaders and tippets and a fly selection geared to our home waters. Our top of the line Rod selectioin comes from T.L. Johnson, a Colorado custom rod maker that offers individually hand made rods from their small shop in Nunn, Colorado.
